摘要
模块化航天器是未来实现在轨服务的发展趋势,标准接口作为模块化航天器之间的连接纽带,是实现模块连接功能的关键单机。针对标准接口在设计过程中需要满足多系统多工况要求、难以建立有效约束边界的问题,提出系统工程分析设计方法。通过分析不同分系统对连接分离过程的差异化要求、摸索各类标准接口性能耦合影响规律、完善标准接口类产品技术要求、建立产品指标体系,设计出一款多功能一体化标准接口样机,完成了地面微重力模拟试验验证。试验结果表明,本设计方法有效可行,研制的样机能够实现电、气、液、信的同步传输,满足结构力学要求,并可适应现有空间机械臂操作精度和能力,为后续模块化航天器接口标准体系文件的建立提供参考。
The development of modular spacecraft is the precondition to achive future on-orbit service.As the link between modular spacecrafts,the standard interface is the key standalone unit to realize the repeatable connection of modular spacecrafts.The design of standard interface needs to meet the requirements of multiple systems and multiple conditions.However,it is difficult to establish an effective constraint boundary during the design process.To solve this problem,a system engineering analysis design method is proposed.By analyzing the difference requirement of the separation process between different subsystems,the performance coupling principle of various interfaces is explored,the product technical requirement of standard interfaces is improved and the product index system is established.The microgravity simulation experiment is implemented and the results show that the proposed design method is reasonable and feasible;the prototype product can realize synchronous transmission of materials(electric,gas,liquid)and signals.The prototype meets the requirements of structural mechanics and adapts to the operating precision and ability of existing space manipulators.The work finished in this paper can be taken as a reference for the establishment of standard system files for modular spacecraft interface products.
