摘要
市面上吸尘器分为干式和湿式吸尘器。湿式中的分离器起着对细微颗粒进行分离作用,以某款湿式吸尘器为例,参考磨煤机分离器,对分离器进行设计。以isight软件作为优化平台集成fluent软件搭建分离效率多目标优化设计流程。通过拉丁超立方实验设计方法得到数据样本点,随后建立近似模型,结合遗传算法对几何参数进行多目标优化。在优化后的pareto解集中选择一组合适的解,并与另外两种叶片形态的分离器进行仿真对比分析,得出该解的参数为最优解。
Vacuum cleaners on the market can be divided into dry vacuum cleaners and wet vacuum cleaners.The separator in a wet vacuum cleaner plays a role in separating fine particles.Taking a certain wet vacuum cleaner as an example,the separator is designed with reference to a coal mill separator,and the dust separation effect is simulated using fluent and dpm models.Using isight software as an optimization platform and integrating fluent software to build a multi-objective optimization design process for separator separation efficiency.The data sample points were obtained by the Latin hypercube experiment design method,and the radial basis function was used to establish an approximate model,and the genetic parameters were used for multi-objective optimization of geometric parameters.In the optimized pareto solution set,a set of suitable solutions is selected,and compared with other two leaf shape separators for simulation and analysis.It is concluded that the parameters of the solution are optimal solutions.
