不同纯度和粒度的1,1′-二羟基-5,5′-联四唑二羟胺盐热稳定性研究

Study on Thermal Stability of TKX-50 with Different Purity and Particle Size

摘要 通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)试验、热重分析(TG)试验和绝热加速量热分析(ARC)试验,分别对不同纯度和不同粒度的TKX-50在非等温和绝热分解反应过程中的热行为进行研究,并通过动力学参数的计算来评价其热稳定性。结果表明:TKX-50的纯度对表观活化能的影响小于粒度,且粒度越小,热分解反应越完全,表观活化能越大;升温越快,TKX-50热分解反应越完全。 Through differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)test,thermogravimetric analysis(TG)test and adiabatic accelerated calorimetry(ARC)test,the thermal behavior of TKX-50 with different purity and different particle size in the process of non-isothermal and adiabatic decomposition reaction was studied respectively,and its thermal stability was evaluated by calculation of kinetic parameters.The results showed that the purity of TKX-50 had less influence on the apparent activation energy than the particle size,and the smaller the particle size,the more complete the thermal decomposition reaction,and the greater the apparent activation energy.The faster the temperature rises,the more complete the thermal decomposition reaction of TKX-50.
