常规康复治疗联合生物电刺激对产后盆底康复的作用 被引量:2

Effect of Conventional Rehabilitation Therapy Combined with Bioelectrical Stimulation on Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation

摘要 目的探析常规康复联合生物电刺激对产后盆底康复的作用。方法选取2018年8月-2019年9月在该院分娩的120例产妇进行分组研究,随机分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组产妇应用常规康复治疗,观察组产妇应用常规康复联合生物电刺激治疗,对两组产妇临床效果、盆底功能恢复正常时间及治疗前后盆底肌力、盆底收缩压力、静息压力予以统计比较。结果观察组产妇临床总有效率为98.33%,对照组产妇为88.33%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.520,P<0.05)。观察组产妇盆底功能恢复正常时间为(2.02±0.03)个月,对照组产妇为(3.05±0.05)个月,观察组显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.120,P<0.05)。观察组产妇治疗后盆底肌力、盆底收缩压力、静息压力分别为(21.63±2.32)μV、(61.22±3.62)cmH2O、(56.13±2.12)cmH2O,对照组产妇分别为(17.05±2.33)μV、(45.58±3.22)cmH2O、(42.23±2.05)cmH2O,观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.780、5.610、5.720,P<0.05)。结论常规康复联合生物电刺激对产后盆底康复的作用十分显著,可进一步加快产妇盆底功能恢复,改善盆底肌力,值得临床深入研究与借鉴应用。 Objective To explore the effect of conventional rehabilitation combined with bioelectrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods A total of 120 parturients who gave birth in the hospital from August 2018 to September 2019 were selected for group study and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group received conventional rehabilitation combined with bioelectrical stimulation treatment.The clinical effects,pelvic floor function recovery time,pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor contraction pressure,and resting pressure before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,and that of the control group was 88.33%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.520,P<0.05).The recovery time of pelvic floor function in the observation group was(2.02±0.03)months,and the control group was(3.05±0.05)months.The observation group was significantly shorter than the control group the difference was statistically significant(t=5.120,P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor contraction pressure,and resting pressure of the observation group after treatment were(21.63±2.32)μV,(61.22±3.62)cmH2O,(56.13±2.12)cmH2O,and the control group were(17.05±2.33)μV,(45.58±3.22)cmH2O,(42.23±2.05)cmH2O,the observation group was significantly better than the control group the difference was statistically significant(t=4.780,5.610,5.720,P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional rehabilitation combined with bioelectrical stimulation has a significant effect on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation,which can further accelerate the recovery of maternal pelvic floor function and improve pelvic floor muscle strength.It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and application.
