摘要
网络空间话语权的争夺事关网络意识形态安全。高校要在"说什么"上,坚持马克思主义指导地位;在"怎么说"上,主动转换话语表达方式;在"谁来说"上,强化意识形态工作队伍建设;在"如何抓"上,加强舆论发展态势监测,切实增强意识形态工作的实效性。
The safety of cyberspace ideology depends on the dominance of cyber discourse.In the work of the cyberspace ideology in higher education,four aspects must be taken into consideration and put into action:adherence to Marxism in"what to say",transformation of the discourse in"how to say",strengthening the construction of the ideological work team in"who speaks",enhancing the monitoring of the development of public opinion in"how to control".
