摘要
新时代党和国家各项事业的发展对民主党派履行民主监督职能提出了新要求,赋予了新的历史使命。民主党派履行民主监督职能对于发展社会主义民主政治、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦具有重要意义。当前阶段,民主党派履行民主监督职能的成效显著,但仍然存在诸多问题与挑战。针对当前存在的问题,应从加强民主党派自身建设、创新民主监督形式、完善民主监督体制机制、建设社会主义政治文化等层面着力,不断提升新时代民主党派民主监督的实效性。
In the new era,the development of the party and the government has put forward new requirements for the democratic parties to perform their supervision role as their new mission.The effective performance of the functions of the democratic parties is of great significance to the development of socialist democratic politics,the modernization of the national governance system and capabilities,and the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,the democratic parties’supervision has achieved remarkable results,but there remain many challenges.In view of the existing problems,efforts should be made to strengthen the democratic parties’construction,innovate the forms of democratic supervision,promote the system of supervision,and build a socialist political culture so as to continuously improve the effectiveness of democratic parties’supervision in the new era.
