摘要
针对“排水泵是否为消防负荷”这一业界长期存在争议的问题,阐述笔者的看法。从使用功能、规范条文、消防用水量等几个方面对该问题进行剖析,提出处理建议:排水泵是否为消防负荷应该由给排水专业确定;在设计阶段,最终结论以给排水专业提资明确;在图审阶段,审图人员应根据给排水专业所提资料来判断设计是否正确。
In this paper,the author’s views on whether the drainage pump is a fire fighting load has long been a controversial issue in the industry are expounded.In addition,this issue is analyzed from such aspects as use function,standard provisions,and fire water consumption and following suggestions are put forward:whether the drainage pump is a fire fighting load should be determined by the water supply and drainage discipline;in the design stage,the final conclusion should be based on the requirements provided by the water supply and drainage discipline;in the drawing examination stage,the drawing examiners should judge whether the design is correct according to requirements provided by the water supply and drainage discipline.
