摘要
目的比较宫腔纱布填塞术、宫腔水囊压迫法治疗阴道分娩产后出血的疗效。方法根据治疗方法将80例患者分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用宫腔纱布填塞术治疗,研究组采用宫腔水囊压迫法治疗,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组止血有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组操作时间、止血显效时间、填塞物留置时间短于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道分娩产后出血治疗中,宫腔水囊压迫法止血效果优于宫腔纱布填塞术,且不良反应发生率更低。
Objective To investigate the effects of intrauterine gauze packing and intrauterine water sac compression on postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery.Methods According to the treatment method,a total of 80 patients were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intrauterine gauze packing,while the study group was treated with intrauterine water sac compression,and the therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05),the operation time,hemostatic effect time and packing indwelling time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the hemoglobin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.00%,which was significantly lower than 22.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of bleeding after vaginal delivery,the hemostatic effect of intrauterine water sac compression is better than that of intrauterine gauze packing,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
