摘要
以籼型水稻恢复系YR96、YR301为试验材料,研究花期高温胁迫对花粉活性、开花习性、光合速率等重要生理指标及产量的影响。结果表明,花期高温胁迫导致水稻花粉活性、开颖数量、净光合速率等显著降低,最终导致结实率均明显降低;高温胁迫下,YR96出现单日最大颖量的时间提前,每日高温开始之前(9:00前)的开颖量增加,依然保持较高的蒸腾速率等避热性和耐热性反应,使其获得比YR301更高的结实率。
YR96 and YR301 which are indica rice restorer lines were used as experimental materials to study the effects of high temperature stress during flowering on pollen activity,flowering habits,photosynthetic rate and other important physiological indicators and yield.The results showed that high temperature stress at the flowering stage caused a significant decrease in rice pollen activity,number of glumes,net photosynthetic rate,and ultimately resulted in a significant decreased in seed setting rate.Under high temperature stress,the time of appearing the maximum opening spikelets per day of YR96 is earlier,and the opening spikelets before the start of the daily high temperature(before 9:00)increased,and It still maintains a high transpiration rate and other heat resistance and heat resistance reactions,which makes it obtain a higher solid rate than YR301.
