摘要
结肠给药系统是近年来发展起来的一种新的给药方法。目前所研制的结肠给药系统按照释药原理可大致分为四类，即酶控制给药系统，ｐＨ控制给药系统，时间控制给药系统和压力控制释药系统。本文对目前文献所报道的结肠给药系统的制备方法进行了综述，并对药物制剂的体内评价方法──药物闪烁扫描法的特点和应用作了介绍。
Based on the principles of drug release, colonic drug delivery systems can be classified into the following four types, i.e., enzyme-controlled drug delivery system, pH-controlled drug delivery system, time-controlled drug delivery system and pressure controlled drug delivery system. The recent researches on the above systems are reviewed. With regard to in vivo evaluation, pharmacoscintigraphy and its applications in the in vivo investigation of pharmaceutical preparations are mainly discussed.
