摘要
预防或降低蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性,是国内外肿瘤和心血管专家亟需面对的问题。分析《伤寒论》的理法方药,探讨中医药防治蒽环类化疗药物所致的心脏毒性的思路和方法。认为蒽环类药物化疗后心脏毒性临床表现属中医学心悸范畴。仲景对心悸的病因病机、治法方药论述较丰富,其所创的炙甘草汤等有效方剂在防治蒽环类药物所致的心脏毒性中具有疗效确切、整体调节、副作用小的优势。
It is an urgently confronted problem for oncologist and cardiovascular specialist at home and abroad to prevent or reduce anthracycline drugs-caused cardiotoxicity.In this paper,the principle and prescriptions in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases are analyzed,and the idea and method for preventing and treating anthracycline chemotherapeutic drugs-caused cardiotoxicity by traditional Chinese medicine are approached.The manifestations of clinical features of chemotherapy-caused cardiotoxicity are considered as to belong to palpitation category of traditional Chinese medicine.Zhang Zhong-jing had richly expounded the etiology,pathogenesis,therapy and prescriptions of palpitations.His creative effective prescriptions such as Zhigancao decoction etc.are of definite effect on preventing and treating anthracycline drugs-caused cardiotoxicity,and with advantages of overall adjustment and small adverse-effects.
