摘要
羊小反刍兽疫以快传播、急感染、高死亡率著称,多见于山羊、绵羊、羚羊群中,其中以山羊为主要易感对象,病程及病症均较其他羊类更加严重。该病广泛流传于世界各地,因传播感染几乎无国界,被世界动物卫生组织定位A类疾病,该病分为最急性、急性、亚急性和慢性多种类型。不同类型的羊小反刍兽疫在临床普遍具有结膜炎、坏死性口炎、腹泻、肠道出血及糜烂、淋巴肿大等症状,患病羊普遍表现出精神沉郁、食欲不振、口鼻分泌物增多等现象。该文主要论述羊小反刍兽医的流行病学、临床症状、诊断、有效的综合防控及应急处置。
Peste des petits ruminants is famous for its rapid spread,acute infection and high mortality rate,most common in goats,sheep,antelope in which goats as the main susceptible object,disease course and symptoms are more serious than other sheep.The disease is widely spread around the world and is classified by the World Organisation for Animal Health(OIE)as a category a disease because of its nearly borderless spread.It is classified as most acute,acute,subacute and chronic.Different types of ovine peste des petits ruminants(peste des petits ruminants)commonly have symptoms such as conjunctivitis,necrotizing stomatitis,diarrhea,intestinal bleeding,erosion and lymphadenectasis,sick sheep generally showed depression,loss of appetite,increased nasal and oral secretions and other phenomena.This article mainly discusses the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,effective comprehensive prevention and control and emergency treatment of small ruminant veterinarian.
