摘要
为证实注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾在临床中对仔猪白痢的治疗效果,通过临床比对试验方法:试验注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾对60头仔猪白痢的治疗效果。治疗药物A组注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾,对照药物B组注射用阿莫西林钠为,2种药物均按6 mg/g·bw的剂量,2次/d,连用5 d,按肌肉注射方式进行临床疗效试验。结果表明,注射用阿莫西林钠克拉维酸钾对仔猪白痢的治疗效果优于注射用阿莫西林钠,能有效控制并治疗仔猪致病性大肠杆菌感染,降低腹泻率和死亡率,且治愈率显著。
In order to confirm the therapeutic effect of amoxicillin sodium and potassium clavulate for injection on piglet pullorosis in clinical practice,the experiment was conducted through clinical comparison test method:to test the therapeutic effect of amoxicillin sodium and potassium clavulate for injection on 60 piglets with pullorosis.Amoxicillin sodium and potassium clavulanate for injection in the treatment group A and amoxicillin sodium for injection in the control group B were respectively used as 6 mg/g·bw twice A day for 5 consecutive days.Clinical efficacy test was conducted according to intramuscular injection.The results showed that amoxicillin sodium and potassium clavulanate for injection were more effective than amoxicillin sodium for injection in treating piglet pullorosis.It can effectively control and treat pathogenic Escherichia coli infection of piglets,reduce diarrhea rate and mortality rate,and cure rate is significant.
