摘要
目的:分析MR影像技术对股骨头坏死的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年10月~2019年10月于本院被确诊为股骨头坏死的80例患者,按照患者采取的不同诊断方法为分组依据,将其分为采取CT诊断的对照组、采取MR诊断的观察组,每组40例。组间对比诊断准确率:阳性征象检出率、分期诊断准确率。结果:观察组对Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、IV分期的诊断准确率全部高于对照组,其诊断准确率为95%,比对照组的70%高;观察组囊变、线样征、骨髓水肿等阳性征象的检出率分别为45%、55%和40%,均比对照组的12.5%、7.5%、2.5%高,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在股骨头坏死的诊断上,MR影像技术可以更加准确地诊断患者的阳性征象、分期,其对股骨头坏死具有更高的临床价值。
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of MR imaging technique for femoral head necrosis.Methods:80 patients with a diagnosis of femoral head necrosis were enrolled in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019.According to the different diagnostic methods adopted by the patients,they were divided into control groups with CT diagnosis.The MR diagnosis study group consisted of 40 patients in each group.Accuracy of comparison between groups:positive detection rate,staged diagnosis accuracy.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of the study group for Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and Ⅳ staging was higher than that of the control group.The diagnostic accuracy was 95%,which was higher than 70% of the control group.The study group had cystic changes,line-like signs,and bone marrow edema.The detection rates of positive signs were 45%,55% and 40%,respectively,which were higher than 12.5%,7.5% and 2.5% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of femoral head necrosis,MR imaging technology can increase the accurate diagnosis of patients with positive signs and staging,which has higher clinical value for femoral head necrosis.
