摘要
目的:分析在实施颈肩腰腿痛患者治疗的过程中中频电疗法的临床应用效果。方法:本次实验研究92例患者选取时间为2018年12月~2019年12月,均为在本院接受颈肩腰腿痛的患者,根据随机平均分组原则将患者分为两组,其中有46例患者接受常规康复治疗,并将其作为常规组,另外46例患者在常规组基础上加用中频电疗法,并将其作为电疗组。结果:在治疗有效率、治疗后疼痛评分、颈椎功能和关节功能以及治疗满意度的比较上,电疗组患者与常规组患者均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:中频电疗法的运用提高了治疗效果,降低了疼痛程度,改善患者的颈椎与关节功能,提高治疗满意度。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of intermediate frequency electrotherapy in the treatment of patients with neck,shoulder,lumbago and leg pain.Methods:The experimental study of 92 patients were randomly selected from the time from December 2018 and December 2019 deadline,all is in the hospital in patients undergoing neck,shoulder,waist,according to the principle of average packet divided the patients into two groups at random,including 46 patients underwent routine rehabilitation therapy,and use it as a normal group,other 46 patients on the basis of conventional group added with medium frequency electrotherapy,and as a therapeutic group.Results:In terms of treatment response rate,post-treatment pain score,cervical and joint function,and treatment satisfaction,there were significant differences between the electrotherapy group and the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of intermediate frequency electrotherapy improves the therapeutic effect,reduces the degree of pain,improves the patient’s cervical vertebra and joint function,and improves the treatment satisfaction.
