摘要
目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清脂肪细胞因子水平与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法将2019年1月至2020年1月在本院产检的500例GDM患者设为GDM组,另选取同期产检的100例健康孕妇设为健康组。比较两组研究对象的血糖、血脂、血清内脂素、网膜素-1水平,并分析GDM组内脂素、网膜素-1水平与HOMA-IR的相关性。结果GDM组的FPG、Fins、HOMA-IR及TG水平显著高于健康组(P<0.05);GDM组内脂素水平高于健康组,网膜素-1水平低于健康组(P<0.05);GDM组血清内脂素与HOMA-IR呈正相关性(r=0.613,P<0.05),网膜素-1与HOMA-IR呈负相关性(r=-0.725,P<0.05)。结论GDM患者血清内脂素水平升高,网膜素-1水平降低,且其与IR的发生相关。
Objective To explore the relationship between serum adipocytokines levels and insulin resistance(IR)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 500 GDM patients who were examined in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as GDM group,and 100 healthy pregnant women who were examined in the same period were selected as healthy group.Blood glucose,blood lipid,serum visfatin and omentin-1 levels were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between visfatin,omentin-1 levels and HOMA-IR in the GDM group were analyzed.Results The FPG,Fins,HOMA-IR and TG levels in the GDM group were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05);visfatin level in the GDM group was higher than that in the healthy group,omentin-1 level was lower than that in the healthy group(P<0.05);in the GDM group,visfatin was positively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=0.613,P<0.05),omentin-1 was negatively correlated with HOMA-IR(r=-0.725,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum visfatin level increased and omentin-1 level decreased in GDM patients,which are associated with IR.
