摘要
目的探讨自制隐形开档保洁裤在昏迷病人中的应用效果。方法选取神经外科收住的昏迷患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组50例采用普通病员裤,观察组50例采用自制隐形开档保洁裤。观察比较两组患者相关数据:(1)护士对处理大便所需时间;(2)两组病员裤受大便污染及更换次数;(3)护士在使用操作过程中的满意度情况。结果(1)护士在处理大便所需时间比较,观察组低于对照组(P﹤0.05);(2)两组病员裤受大便污染及更换次数比较,观察组明显少于对照组(P﹤0.05);(3)护士在操作过程中的满意度比较,观察组的满意率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论自制隐形开裆保洁裤能够有效保护患者隐私,且具有保洁、穿脱方便优点,有利减轻医护人员工作量。
Objective To investigate the effect of self-made stable shape open gear cleaning pants in coma patients.Methods 100 comatose patients admitted by neurosurgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Compared and observed the relevant data of the two groups of patients:(1)The time spent by nurses in handling the stool;(2)The pants of two groups of patients were contaminated with stool and the number of times of replacement;(3)Nurses'satisfaction with use.Results(1)The time of nursing stool processing in the control group was greater than that in the observation group(P<0.05).(2)The pants of the two groups were contaminated with stool and the change times of the control group were higher than that of the observation group.(3)The satisfaction degree of nurses in the observation group was(96.0%)higher than that in the control group(60.0%).Conclusion The self-made cloaked crotch cleaning pants can effectively protect the privacy of patients,have the function of cleaning,easy to wear and take off,saving resources and reducing the workload of medical staff.
