摘要
地方本科高校转型发展对我校师资队伍建设提出了明确要求。我校外语类教师专业知识扎实,课堂驾驭能力强,但教学效果欠佳,理论与实践结合度较差。教师的思辨能力在教学、科研及人才培养等方面起着至关重要的作用。以集宁师范学院71名外语类教师作为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈等方法调查了解我校外语类教师思辨能力的现状,探究其影响因素,提出改进措施和对策。本研究希望通过提高外语类教师的思辨能力来促进我校转型发展的顺利实施。
The transformation and development of local undergraduate universities put forward clear requirements for the construction of the teaching faculty of our university.Foreign language teachers in our university have solid professional knowledge and strong classroom control capability without effective teaching effect and bad combination of theory and practice.Teachers'critical thinking skills play a vital role in teaching,scientific research,and talent training.This study chooses 71 foreign language teachers from Jining Normal University as the research subjects,investigates the present status of their critical thinking skills through questionnaires and interviews,explores the influencing factors,and proposes some measures to improve their critical thinking skills.It will help promote the smooth implementation of our university’s transformation and development to improve foreign language teachers’critical thinking skills.
