摘要
以集宁师范学院从事教学与科研工作年龄在40岁以下的青年教师为调研对象,对青年教师的科研情况进行统计,试图了解当前我校青年教师的科研状况及存在的问题,并结合实际情况分析存在问题,提出改进措施与相应对策和建议,以期为我校人事科研管理部门和人事制度改革提供参考。
This article takes young teachers under the age of 40 who are engaged in teaching and scientific research at Jining Normal University as the research object,and collects statistics on the scientific research of young teachers,trying to understand the status quo and existing problems of scientific research of young teachers in the university.In combination with the actual situation,this article analyzes the existing problems and puts forward improvement measures and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the reference for the reform of the personnel research management department and personnel system of the university.
