深厚建筑垃圾杂填土地基高压旋喷桩加固实例 被引量:18

摘要 建筑垃圾杂填土地基与一般场地存在较大差别。因其成分多样、颗粒不均、结构复杂,处理难度大。国内外可借鉴的案例相对较少。针对闽北地区某建筑垃圾杂填土地基加固工程,在地质资料分析和处理方案比选的基础上,选用高压旋喷桩复合地基方案,确定了设计参数、施工工艺及控制标准后设计试桩,并进行单桩和复合地基静载荷试验。试验结果表明,处理后的地基承载力达到了设计要求。该加固实例表明,将高压旋喷桩用于建筑垃圾杂填土地基处理,具有加固效果均匀、费用较低、施工工艺简单、工期较短等优点,可供其他杂填土地基处理工程借鉴。 There are great differences between construction waste miscellaneous fill foundation and the general site. For its diverse composition, uneven particles and complicated structure, the difficulty of treatment is great. There is relatively few cases that can be used for reference at home and abroad. Aiming at a construction waste miscellaneous fill foundation reinforcement project in the northern of Fujian province, based on the analysis of geological data and comparison of treatment schemes, high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile composite foundation scheme was selected, the design parameters, construction process and control standards were determined to design trial pile, and static load test of single pile and composite foundation were carried out. The test results indicate the bearing capacity of the treated foundation meets the design requirements. This reinforcement case shows that the use of high-pressure jet grouting pile for construction wastes miscellaneous fill foundation treatment has the advantages of uniform reinforcement effect, low cost, simple construction process and short construction period, which can be used as reference for other miscellaneous fill foundation treatment projects.
