摘要
微型桩是指直径为70mm^300mm,长细比一般大于30的桩。随着护坡工程向轻型化、小型化方向发展,微型桩被越来越多地应用到土坡防护当中。文章结合典型边坡算例,利用有限元数值模拟软件,研究了不同设桩位置、不同设桩倾角、不同桩间距和不同排间距等不同设桩方案对边坡的影响,结果表明:微型桩设桩于h=2.5m即坡中偏下位置时,加固效果最好;对于该土坡,存在最优设桩倾角θ=50°;在桩间距为5~8倍桩径时,3排桩能够发挥最好的工作性能;在排间距为4~7倍桩径时,3排桩能够形成较好的群桩效应,能够起到最佳的加固效果。
Micro pile refers to the pile with a diameter of 70mm to 300mm and a length-to-thinness ratio generally greater than 30.With the development trend of lightweight and miniaturization of slope protection engineering,miniature piles are more and more applied in slope protection.In this paper,combined with typical slope examples and using finite element numerical simulation software,the effects of different pile placement schemes such as different pile placement positions,different pile inclination,different pile spacing and different row spacing on the slope are studied.For the slope,the optimal pile inclination angle is set asθ=50°.When the pile spacing is 5~8times D,the three rows of piles can fulfill the best performance.When the spacing between the rows is 4-7times D,the three rows of piles can form a better pile group effect and fulfill the best strengthening effect.
