摘要
航空发动机管接头表面粗糙度是保证管路系统密封连接的关键质量特性,准确检测是其基本要求。根据管接头类产品结构特点,设计了快速检测装置,底座与测量平台的中心槽配合,可快速轴向定位;轴向可调的"V"型块配合弹簧压板固定零件,适合各种尺寸的管接头使用;支架轴心设置刻度盘,可快速定位零件测量面,实现管接头锥面粗糙度的快速检测。
The surface roughness of aero engine pipe joints is the key quality characteristic to ensure the sealing connection of pipeline systems,and accurate detection is its basic requirement.According to the structural characteristics of the pipe joint products,this paper designs a quick detection device.The base and the center slot of the measurement platform can be quickly positioned axially;the axially adjustable"V"block cooperates with the spring pressure plate to fix the parts,suitable for various sizes The pipe joint is used;a dial is set on the axis of the bracket,which can quickly locate the measuring surface of the part and realize the rapid detection of the roughness of the cone surface of the pipe joint.
