摘要
分析了液位计检定装置现状及存在的问题,并依据新的计量要求对旧装置进行了改进。多功能液位计检定装置配有磁致伸缩液位计,可实现在线自动检测,检测准确度为0.05级,满足市场上大部分的液位计检定工作,提高了检定自动化程度和检定效率。
This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the verification device for the liquid level measuring device and improves the old device according to the new measurement requirements.The multi-functional liquid level meter verification device is equipped with a magnetostrictive liquid level meter,which can realize online automatic detection with the 0.05 accuracy.The development of the verification device can meet the verification requirements of most liquid level meters on the market and improves the level of automation and verification efficiency.
