摘要
复合材料性能在很大程度上取决于实际应用环境,且这一影响机制在湿热环境中更为明显,因此探讨湿热环境下所表现出的性能特性是提升材料利用效果的关键。以双面包覆碳纳米纸复合材料为基本探讨对象,为之展开湿热老化试验。基于对结果的分析得知:双面包覆碳纳米纸易受到湿热环境影响,初期吸湿率实际状况表明,其变化特性满足Fick第二定律。基于对层间剪切强度与弯曲强度的分析,得知在湿热处理持续推进之下,两项指标均呈下降趋势。
The properties of composite materials depend on the actual application environment to a large extent,and this influence mechanism is more obvious in the humid and thermal environment,so to explore the performance characteristics of the humid and thermal environment is the key to improve the use of materials.Carbon nanopaper composites coated with double bread were studied and the wet and heat aging test was carried out.Based on the analysis of the results,it was found that the double-coated carbon nanopaper was susceptible to the humid and thermal environment,and the actual condition of the initial moisture absorption rate showed that its variation characteristics met the second Fick law.Based on the analysis of interlaminar shear strength and bending strength,it is found that under the continuous promotion of wet and heat treatment,both indicators show a downward trend.
