摘要
页岩气开采采出水处理是目前我国页岩气开发面临的难题,生物处理技术具有低成本和环境友好的优势,但尚未工程化应用。在对某页岩气开发区采出水水质特性和处理要求进行测试分析的基础上,通过实验室实验进行了处理单元的初步选择,形成了“均质缓冲池+A 2 O-MBR+芬顿氧化+中和沉淀”的物化-生化联合处理工艺,并进行了工程应用。结果表明,来自榨菜废水处理系统的活性污泥对采出水中有机物具有一定的处理效果,辅以絮凝沉淀和高级氧化能够进一步提高生物处理出水水质;经建设运行的800 m 3/d物化-生化联合处理工程处理后的页岩气采出水满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准,具有较好的抗冲击性和出水稳定性,对国内页岩气开发废水处理具有重要示范意义。
The treatment for produced water is a prominent challenge in shale gas development industry.Biological process has the advantages of inexpensive and environmentally friendly,but its application has not yet been expended to engineering practice.In this study,a produced water from shale gas development field was obtained and its quality as well as treatment requirements were analyzed.According to lab-scale experiments,the process of "regulation+A^2 O-MBR+Fenton oxidation+neutralization sedimentation" was chosen as the main combined physicochemical and biological treatment process in engineering application.The results indicated that the activated sludge inoculum from mustard wastewater treatment system could degrade organic matters in shale gas produced water,flocculent precipitation and advanced oxidation could further improve removal efficiency.The effluent quality could meet the first-order of Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard(GB 8978-996) by 800 m^3/d produced water treatment plant and possessed shock resistance and stability.These findings have modeling significance for shale gas produced water treatment in China.
