摘要
轮边减速器是车辆最后一级传动装置,其经受的扭矩也是最大的,所以减速器的强度和结构至关重要。因此对其结构的设计要科学合理。文章利用软件Catia软件建立了轮边减速器三维实体模型,抽取了太阳轮和行星轮啮合副模型以IGS格式导入到ANSYS软件中进行网格划分。针对输入功率最大值180kw要求,利用Workbench平台对膜片弹簧进行太阳轮和行星轮啮合副有限元计算,最后得到了该啮合副Mises应力云图。
Wheel reducer is the last transmission device of the vehicle,and its torque is also the largest,so the strength and structure of the reducer are crucial.Therefore,the design of its structure should be scientific and reasonable.In this paper,the three-dimensional solid model of wheel reducer is established by CATIA software.The meshing pair models of sun gear and planetary gear are extracted and imported into ANSYS software with IGS format for mesh generation.According to the requirement of the maximum input power of 180kW,the finite element calculation of the meshing pair of sun gear and planetary gear is carried out by using workbench platform,and the Mises stress nephogram of this meshing pair is obtained.
