某纯电动汽车后背门模态分析与试验

摘要 以某纯电动SUV汽车的后背门为研究对象,利用有限元优化设计理论,提出一种复合材料后背门自由模态仿真分析方法,在Hypermesh软件中进行网格划分和仿真模型搭建,采用Nastran软件进行求解计算,利用Hyperview软件查看结果云图。通过对比仿真分析结果和试验结果,可知其前三阶弹性模态误差均在5%以内,充分证明了此后背门仿真模型的可靠性,该仿真分析模型对新能源电动汽车后背门的结构优化和NVH性能提升均具有指导意义。 Taking the back door of a pure electric SUV as the research object and using the finite element optimization design theory,a modal simulation analysis method of composite back door was proposed.The mesh was divided and the simulation model was built in the Hypermesh software.The solution was calculated by using MSC.Nastran software,and the result cloud map was viewed by using the Hyperview software.By comparing the simulation analysis results with the test results,it can be seen that the error of the first three modes is within 5%,which fully proves the reliability of the rear door simulation model later on.This simulation analysis model has guiding significance for the structural optimization and NVH performance improvement of the rear door of new energy electric vehicles.
