摘要
EMC性能是衡量整车电气环境、电气系统稳定安全的重要指标,纯电动车型集成高压供能与低压控制系统,整车电气环境更加复杂。文章介绍了纯电动商用车常见EMC干扰类案例及相关排查方法、解决方案及后期优化方案。
EMC performance is an important index to measure the stability and safety of vehicle electrical environment and electrical system.Pure electric vehicle integrated with high-voltage energy supply and low-voltage control system makes the electrical environment of the whole vehicle more complex.This paper introduces the common EMC interference cases of pure electric commercial vehicles and relevant troubleshooting methods,solutions and later optimization schemes.
