浅论乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化与肠道菌群的关系 被引量:8

摘要 肝硬化是由一种或多种原因引起的、以肝脏弥漫性纤维化、假小叶和再生结节形成、肝内血管增殖为病理特征的慢性进行性肝病[1]。引起肝硬化的常见病因包括乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)及丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)、胆汁淤积、循环障碍、自身免疫性肝炎、遗传和代谢性疾病、药物或化学毒物、营养障碍和寄生虫感染等。在我国HBV感染仍是导致肝硬化的最主要病因。乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)肝硬化是引起原发性肝癌、肝移植和肝病相关死亡的重要危险因素。
