摘要
目的探索信息-动机-行为护理模式对髋关节置换术后患者生活质量和康复效果及并发症的影响。方法收集2018年6月至2019年5月行髋关节置换术患者98例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组49例和对照组49例,对照组给与常规护理,研究组在常规护理的基础上给与信息-动机-行为护理模式,比较2组患者的康复效果、髋关节功能、日常生活质量和并发症。结果研究组干预后康复训练完成率[89.80%(44/49)]明显高于对照组[57.14%(28/21)],差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.40,P=0.0003);干预后研究组的Harris髋关节功能评分[(70.03±8.63)]明显高于对照组的[(56.23±9.68)],差异具有统计学意义(t=7.449,P=0.000)。干预后研究组Barthel指数评分[(85.63±8.89)分]明显高于对照组[(66.43±7.64)分],差异有统计学意义(t=11.466,P=0.000);研究组并发症发生率(4.08%)显著低于对照组(22.45%)(χ^2=7.18,P=0.007)。结论信息-动机-行为护理模式能够提高髋关节置换术后患者生活质量,改善患者的康复效果,促进患者髋关节功能恢复,减少术后并发症的发生,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the Effects of information-motivation-behavior nursing mode on the life quality,rehabilitation and complications of patients after hip replacement.Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into research group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by information-motivation-behavior nursing mode.After treatment the rehabilitation effects,hip joint function,daily life quality and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the completion rate of rehabilitation training in research group was 89.80%(44/49),which was significantly higher than that 57.14%(28/21)in control group(P<0.01).After intervention,Harris hip function scores in research group were(70.03±8.63)points,which were significantly higher than those[(56.23±9.68)points]in control group(P<0.01).After intervention,Barthel index scores in research group were[(85.63±8.89)points],which were significantly higher than those[(66.43±7.64)points]in control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in research group was 4.08%,which was significantly lower than that(22.45%)in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Information-motivation-behavior nursing model can improve the life quality of patients after hip joint replacement,improve the rehabilitation effects,promote the recovery of hip joint function,reduce postoperative complications,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
