摘要
文章在柔性铰链目标放大倍数一定的前提下,以二级柔性铰链为研究对象,在铰链壁厚及圆弧半径等参数相同的情况下分别改变其第1级和第2级放大比,以总放大倍数60为优化目标,采用总放大倍数为80的仿真实验数据作为验证,进行ANSYS Workbench仿真实验。仿真结果表明在设置总放大倍数一定时,各级放大比的数值变化会影响柔性铰链机构的实际放大倍数,通过铰链厚度、输入力的单因素影响分析以及位移损失分析可验证在一定误差允许范围内的最优放大比的合理性;最后以65 Mn为原料通过线切割加工出实物对其进行实验验证,得到的实验结果与理论分析一致。
On the precondition of a fixed amplification factor of flexible hinge,this paper takes the two-stage flexible hinges as the research object.When the parameters of thickness and arc of the hinge were the same,the first and second magnification ratio were changed respectively.The experiment was based on the target of actual optimized magnification of 60 times,and the optimized parameters to the first and second magnification ratio were verified with a magnification of 80 times by simulation data which was done using ANSYS Workbench simulation experiment.Simulation results show that the numerical change of the magnification ratio at different stage will affect the actual magnification of the flexible hinge mechanism when the total magnification is set to a certain extent.The optimal maximum actual magnification can be further verified through single factor analysis and displacement loss analysis of hinged thickness and input force in the range of allowable error.Finally,65 Mn was used as material to process the object by WEDM,and the experiment was carried out to verify it.The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
