可追溯质量系统在手术器械闭环安全管理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立消毒供应信息化管理及质量追溯制度,运用完整实时的数据电子档案实行手术器械闭环管理,保证消毒灭菌质量。方法选取2017年6月至2019年5月由消毒供应中心集中处理的再处理医疗器械作为研究对象,运用医院消毒供应中心追溯管理系统,在追溯软件、硬件、数据库系统、追溯标签上,围绕灭菌手术器械,通过独立的追溯标签,在各关键环节对相关人员行为进行质量监控,及对手术器械包进行条码化全程闭环追溯管理。结果通过闭环前后各节点器械不合格数量以及平均处理时间比较,闭环使用前各节点器械不合格664件,每件处理时间(65.02±2.91)min;闭环使用后各节点器械不合格271件,每件处理时间(9.02±1.39)min;器械回收再处理不合格件数均明显减少(均P<0.001),处理不合格器械所需时间均显著降低(均P<0.001)。结论手术器械实行可追溯质量闭环安全管理,利用系统环节质控,规范操作人员操作流程和行为习惯,减少器械再处理过程中器械不合格的发生,保证消毒灭菌质量,提高工作效率。 Objective To establish the information management and quality traceability system for disinfection supply,and implement the closed-loop management of surgical instruments with complete real-time electronic data files, so as to ensure the quality of disinfection and sterilization. Methods Using the traceabilitymanagement system of the hospital disinfection supply center, the quality control was carried out on the behaviorof relevant personnel in each key link and the whole-process closed-loop barcode traceability management ofthe surgical instrument set in the traceability software, hardware, database system, and label centering on thesterilization of surgical instruments. Results By comparing the number of unqualified devices at each node andthe average treatment time before and after the closed-loop management, there were 664 unqualified devices ateach node before the closed-loop management, with the average treatment time of (65.02±2.91) minutes per piece;after the closed-loop management, there were 271 unqualified devices at each node, with the average treatmenttime of (9.02±1.39) minutes per piece. The number of unqualified devices recovered and reprocessed significantlyreduced (all P<0.001), and the time required to process unqualified devices significantly reduced (all P<0.001).Conclusions The closed-loop safety management of traceable quality of surgical instruments can be implemented,the quality control of system links can be used, the operation process and behavior habits of operators can bestandardized, the occurrence of unqualified devices in the process of reprocessing can be reduced, the quality ofdisinfection and sterilization can be guaranteed, and the working efficiency can be improved.
