摘要
针对孔间电磁波层析成像的特定施工需求,设计一款基于以太网总线的精简地面系统。在详细介绍硬件总体框架和电缆通讯、深度采集控制等功能模块的基础上,重点阐述采集控制面板的工作原理和绞车的程控设计。建立合适的采集时序,实现各仪器单元的精确时钟同步;改进排缆绞车的控制方式,降低操作复杂度,借助深度、张力等井口辅助信息,可以有效地进行提前预警与防护操作,充分保证作业的安全性和便捷性。在某地铁帷幕墙检测的应用实践表明,该地面系统稳定可靠、自动化程度高,极大地提高了检测效率和精度,对孔间电磁波层析成像技术的推广应用具有重要借鉴意义。
According to the special requirements in cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT logging,a simplified surface system based on ethernet is designed.On the basis of a detailed introduce of the overall framework and the circuit design of the functional modules such as cable communication,depth acquisition and control,the working sequence of the up-down communication and the programmable design of the winch are elaborated in detail.Due to the reasonable bus-timing,the accurate synchronous acquisition of each tool can be ensured.The programmable winch can greatly simplify the operation and release manpower.Meanwhile,this can provide early warning and protection operation conveniently,with the help of some auxiliary wellhead information such as tension and depth,which ensures the construction safety fully.The application practice of a metro shows that such a system is stable,reliable and highly automated,which greatly improves the efficiency of operation.It thus is of great significance for the popularization and application of the cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT technology.
