摘要
食用菌不仅具有食用保健价值,并且由于其历史悠久、种类繁多,有着丰富的历史文化价值和鲜明的生态环境价值,可集生态性与观赏性于一体。因此,食用菌资源具有极强的文化传承、生态观光和旅游休闲功能。基于食用菌资源自身价值,加之市场需求与政策支撑,可将食用菌资源转变为旅游资源,创新食用菌资源旅游开发方式,形成特色食用菌旅游产业,拓宽食用菌旅游开发价值空间,延伸食用菌产业链,带动乡村振兴,推动生态效益、资源效益、经济效益的同步而行。
Edible fungi resources not only have edible and health value,but also have a long history and a wide variety,with rich historical and cultural values,distinct ecological and environmental values,and integrate ecological and ornamental features.Therefore,edible fungi resources have extremely strong cultural heritage,ecological sightseeing,tourism and leisure functions.Based on the value of edible fungi resources,combined with market demand and policy support,it can transform edible fungi resources into tourism resources,innovate the edible fungi resource tourism development method,form a characteristic edible fungi tourism industry,broaden the edible fungi tourism development value space,and extend edible fungi industrial chain,drives the revitalization of the countryside and promotes the simultaneous action of ecological benefits,resource benefits,and economic benefits.
