摘要
以华南区域3种主栽桉树无性系广9、DH32-29和EG6为研究对象,设置N、P、K不同养分浓度梯度,通过水培养分控制试验,揭示三种桉树苗期养分需求规律。结果表明:在施用不同浓度的N、P、K肥以后,3种桉树总的养分含量排序为广9>DH32-29>EG6;各营养器官的养分含量排序为叶>茎>根;元素含量排序为N>K>Ca>P>Mg>S>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>B;广9、DH32-29、EG6在不同处理下的养分含量比值差异较大,表明广9、DH32-29和EG6苗期的养分需求不同。
This study was based on three Eucalyptus clones GL9,DH32-29 and Eg6.Seedlings of these three clones were evaluated for concentrations of the nutrient elements N,P and K during hydroponic fertilization tests.The results showed that:the total concentration of nutrient elements by clone,after applying different N,P and K fertilizers,followed the order GL9>DH32-29>Eg6;the total contents in different tissues was root>shoot>leaflet,and the content of the different nutrient elements followed the order of N>K>Ca>P>Mg>S>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu>B.In general there were significant differences among the three clones for their contents of nutrient elements and it was also determined that GL9,DH32-29 and Eg6 had different ratios of nutrient requirements.
