摘要
辐射发射是电磁兼容测试项目里至关重要的一项,是指设备在正常运行过程中对所在环境产生的电磁干扰不能超过一定的限值,该文结合交换机辐射发射超标整改案例,详细阐述辐射发射超标后对辐射源进行定位,并从辐射源、耦合路径等方面进行整改的详细思路,针对辐射发射测试提出了结构设计、时钟线设计布线、点灯线设计布线、网口变压器设计布线的典型方法,并指出屏蔽网线制作不当对辐射发射的影响。
Radiation emission is one of the most important items in the EMC test project,which means that the electromagnetic interference generated by the equipment to the environment in the normal operation process can not exceed a certain limit value.In this paper,combined with the rectification cases of the radiation emission exceeding the standard,the positioning of the radiation source after the radiation emission exceeds the standard is described in detail,and the rectification is carried out from the radiation source,coupling path and other aspects According to the radiation emission test,the typical methods of structure design,clock line design and wiring,lighting line design and wiring,network port transformer design and wiring are proposed,and the influence of improper shielding network cable on radiation emission is pointed out.
