摘要
考虑开辟线上渠道增加市场需求规模,研究O2O闭环供应链的决策问题,分析市场需求增加率和渠道结构模式的影响。研究结果表明:批发和零售价格、线上需求量、回收量和利润均随着需求增加率的增加而增加,回收价格和线下需求量随之减少;O2O闭环供应链中回收价格较低,但是回收量较高;当需求增加率较大时,O2O渠道结构下批发和零售价格、需求量都较高;O2O渠道结构可以增加制造商和零售商的利润,O2O闭环供应链的运作效率更高。
Considering that opening up online channels can increase the scale of market demand,this paper studies the decision-making problem of O2O closed-loop supply chain,and analyzes the influence of market demand growth rate and channel structure mode.The results show that:wholesale and retail prices,online demand,recovery and profit increase with the increase of demand growth rate,while the recovery price and offline demand decrease.In O2O closed-loop supply chain,the recovery price is low,but the recovery volume is high.When the demand growth rate is large,the wholesale and retail prices,demand under O2O channel structure are higher.The profits of manufacturer and retailer are increased under O2Ochannel structure,and the operation efficiency of O2O closed-loop supply chain is higher.
