摘要
[目的]建立有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的精确质量数数据库,并分析它们的断裂规律。[方法]利用超高效液相色谱-高分辨四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-QTOF/MS)采集14种有机磷和11种氨基甲酸酯类农药的准分子离子和碎片离子的信息,借助有机质谱裂解机理分析了25种农药的质谱裂解途径。[结果]建立了25种目标物精确质量数数据库,包括分子式、准分子离子的理论和实际精确质量数、主要碎片离子等;总结了有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药的断裂规律。[结论]该研究可对检测人员识别、筛查和确证某些农药残留的质谱分析提供专业技术指导,为非靶向农药残留物筛查奠定方法基础。
[Aims] This study aims to establish an accurate mass library for organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides to analyze their fragmentation rules.[Methods] The information of quasi-molecular ion and main fragment ion of 14 organophosphorus and 11 carbamate pesticides was collected by ultra performance liquid chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS).The behavior of fragmentation for 25 pesticides was discussed based on fragmentation mechanism of organic compounds by mass spectrometry.[Results] A library has been established for 25 pesticides.It contains the compound name,molecular formula,theoretical and experimental accurate-mass of quasi-molecular ion,accurate-mass of main fragment ion.The fragmentation pattern in mass spectrum for organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides was summarized.[Conclusions] It will provide an important reference for pesticide residue screening and identification analysis for testing personal,and can be a theoretical reference for non targeted pesticide residue screening.
