摘要
渤海某油田新建24寸混输管道是国内首次采用GSPU湿式保温管进行油气水三相输送的海底保温管道。通过研究比较分析该管道在设计阶段的总传热系数和管道投产后实际总传热系数,发现管道的实际总传热系数与设计阶段使用OLGA软件模拟得出的总传热系数值接近,低于厂家提供的理论公式计算值,略高于文献中理论公式计算值,GSPU湿式保温管对输送介质的保温效果良好。该条24寸GSPU湿式保温混输管道的成功投产应用对以后更广泛的开展GSPU湿式保温管道的应用具有借鉴意义。
The 24-inch multiphase pipeline of a certain oil field in Bohai is the first subsea pipeline in China to use GSPU wet-type heat insulation pipe for fluid transportation. Through research and analysis,the total heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline during the design phase and the actual total heat transfer coefficient after the pipeline put into operation. The actual total heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline is close to the value of the total heat transfer coefficient simulated by the OLGA software during the design phase. Lower than the calculated value of the theoretical formula provided by the manufacturer,slightly higher than the calculated value of the theoretical formula in the literature. The actual total heat transfer coefficient of the pipeline is within the design value. The GSPU wet insulation pipe has an excellent thermal insulation effect on the conveying medium. The successful commissioning and application of this 24-inch GSPU wet-type heat-insulation multiphase pipeline will be of significance to the wider application of GSPU wet-type heat-insulation pipeline in the future.
