摘要
随着社会信息化的发展,网络空间逐渐成为广大网民共同的精神家园。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视网络空间发展与治理,在新的历史方位中结合国情、党情和世界网络空间发展趋势,就网络空间发展与治理作出了新谋划、新探索,提出了一系列具有中国特色的网络发展与治理新理念、新思想、新战略,主要有社会主义网络强国思想、全球互联网治理体系思想、网络空间命运共同体思想、建设网络良好生态思想等。贯彻习近平网络空间发展与治理的思想,要着力推进社会主义网络强国建设,建立多边、民主、透明的全球互联网治理体系,构建网络空间命运共同体,维护良好网络生态。
With the development of social informatization,the cyberspace has gradually become the common spiritual home of netizens.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has attached great importance to the network space development and management.Combining with national conditions,and Party situations as well as the world development trend of network space under the new historical situation,the CPC has carried out a series of new explorations on Internet development and governance,and has put forward a series of new views,new ideas,and new strategies with Chinese characteristics,which mainly includes the idea of socialist network power,the Global Internet governance system,the idea of network community's destiny and the good ecological concept of network,etc.To implement Xi jinping's ideologies on cyberspace development and governance,we need to promote the building of a strong socialist cyberspace,to establish a multilateral,democratic and transparent Global Internet governance system,to assist in building Community of Shared Future in cyberspace,and to build a sound Internet ecosystem.
