摘要
目的:比较膝关节镜微创手术与传统手术治疗胫骨平台骨折的疗效差异。方法:2018年2-10月收治胫骨平台骨折患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用传统手术治疗;研究组采用膝关节镜微创手术治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相较于传统手术治疗,采用膝关节镜微创手术治疗胫骨平台骨折,能够增强临床效果,有助于术中出血量的减少,缩短手术时间与住院时间,促进患者康复速度。
Objective:To compare the curative effect of knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgery on tibial plateau fracture.Methods:From February to October 2018,50 cases of patients with tibial plateau fracture were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery.The study group was treated with knee arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,the amount of bleeding loss during surgery,the flow of drainage after surgery and the length of hospital stays in the study group were all lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional surgical treatment,the treatment of tibial plateau fracture by knee arthroscopicminimally invasive surgery can enhance the clinical effect,it is helpful to reduce the amount of bleeding loss during surgery,shorten the operative time and the length of hospital stays and also promote the recovery speed of patients.
