摘要
某水库引水闸闸基部分地层主要为饱和状态的低液限黏土,强度较低,无法满足闸体对地基承载力要求,因此需要对闸基地基进行加固处理,施工中采用了高压旋喷桩施工方法。文中主要从高压旋喷参数的选择、施工放样测量、水泥浆液拌制、钻机就位、钻孔下沉、提升、喷浆、质量检查等几个方面介绍了高压旋喷桩的施工工艺。
A part of the sluice base of a certain reservoir is mainly saturated low-liquid-limit clay with low strength,which cannot meet the requirements of the sluice body for the bearing capacity of the foundation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the sluice base and high-pressure jet grouting piles are used in the construction.The article mainly introduces the construction technology of high-pressure jet-grouting piles from several aspects such as the selection of high-pressure jet-grouting parameters,construction lofting measurement,cement slurry mixing,drilling rig placement,drilling sinking,lifting,shotcrete,and quality inspection.
