基于温差法的电缆井电缆接头温度在线监测装置的研究与开发 被引量:3

摘要 为了对电缆井预分支电缆运行情况实时监测,以便对发生电缆接头温升故障时提前预警,提出基于温差法的电缆接头温升在线监测,该装置通过在电缆接头处安装温度测量传感器,实现温度准确测量,为了消除环境温度对测量值得影响,提出利用监测电缆接头表面温度与环境温度的差值,作为电缆是否发生温升故障的判据,克服了电缆井电缆接头温度监测受季节环境温度影响的因素,使判断更加准确,经实际温度标定测量满足设计要求。 In order to monitor the operation of pre branch cable in cable well in real time,so as to give early warning in case of temperature rise fault of cable joint,this paper proposes the online monitoring of temperature rise of cable joint in cable well based on the temperature difference method.The device is realized by installing a temperature measuring sensor at the cable joint and using a thermistor combined with an oscillating circuit Now the temperature is accurately measured.In order to eliminate the influence of the ambient temperature on the measurement value,the difference between the surface temperature of the monitoring cable joint and the ambient temperature is proposed as the criterion of whether the temperature rise of the cable occurs,which overcomes the factor that the temperature monitoring of the cable joint of the cable well is affected by the seasonal ambient temperature and makes the judgment more accurate.The actual temperature calibration measurement meets the design requirements.
