摘要
目的研究多囊卵巢综合征患者巨噬细胞炎症蛋白(MIP)-1α水平与病情的相关性。方法随机选取2017年1月至2019年1月恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院收治的30例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象。将这30例患者设为研究组,另选取同期健康体检的10例女性健康志愿者作设对照组。检测两组研究对象血清MIP-1α水平、激素水平,分析MIP-1α与疾病分型的关系及多囊卵巢综合征患者血清MIP-1α水平升高相关因素。结果研究组患者血清中MIP-1α、LH、LH/FSH、T、E2水平均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组研究对象血清FSH、PRL水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者随着多囊卵巢综合征分型的升高,血清MIP-1α水平显著升高,各分型间的差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。研究组患者血清MIP-1α水平升高与LH、T、E2以及疾病类型为呈正相关(P<0.05);与FSH、PRL无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者血清MIP-1α水平升高与LH、T、E2以及疾病类型为呈正相关,参与疾病的发展,且随着疾病的加重MIP-1α表达加剧。
Objective To study the correlation between the increase of macrophage inflammatory protein(MIP)-1αlevel and the change of condition in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,30 patients with PCOS were randomly selected as the PCOS group,and 10 healthy female volunteers in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of MIP-1αand estrogen were detected in the two groups.The relationship between the classification of MIP-1αdiseases and the related factors of the elevated serum levels of MIP-1αin patients with PCOS were analyzed.Results The serum levels of MIP-1α,LH,LH/FSH,T and E 2 in patients with PCOS were significantly higher than those in control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum FSH and PRL levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of serum MIP-1αincreases with the increase of the severity of PCOS,with statistically signifi-cant differences(P<0.05).The increase of serum MIP-1αlevel in patients with PCOS was positively correlated with LH,T,E 2 and disease classification(P<0.05),but not with FSH and PRL(P>0.05).Conclusions The elevated levels of serum MIP-1αin patients with PCOS are positively correlated with LH,T,E 2 and disease classifi-cation,and the expression of MIP-1αincreases with the aggravation of the disease.
