摘要
目的探讨宫腔镜下水刀+微型剪刀分离术治疗宫腔粘连患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月阜阳市人民医院诊治的86例宫腔粘连患者,随机分为两组,各43例,研究组采用宫腔镜下水刀+微型剪刀分离术,对照组采用宫腔镜下电切法。比较两组患者的临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者术后月经改善总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后3个月宫腔形态恢复总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者术后1个月、3个月宫腔粘连复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无并发症发生。结论宫腔镜下实施水刀+微型剪刀分离术治疗宫腔粘连患者的临床疗效显著,且降低了患者术后发生再粘连的可能。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic water knife+micro-scissors separation in the treatment of patients with intrauterine adhesions.Methods A total of 86 patients with intrauterine adhesions diagnosed and treated in Fuyang People's Hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic resection and the study group was treated with hysteroscopic water knife+micro-scissors separation.The clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of postoperative menstrual improvement in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of uterine cavity morphology recovery in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3 months after operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of intrauterine adhesions in the study group were lower than those in the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no complications in both groups.Conclusions The clinical effect of hysteroscopic water knife+micro-scissors separation for patients with intrauterine adhesions is significant,which reduces the possibility of re-adhesion after surgery.
