百万扩招背景下高职社招学生学习积极性调动策略 被引量:17

On Strategies of Mobilizing Learning Enthusiasm of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Million-expansion

摘要 百万扩招政策中的社会生源有着学习需求共性化与个性化并存、学习能力单一化与层次化并存、学习时空稳定化与不定化并存、学习期待明确化与模糊化并存等特征。此背景下,可通过分散式现代学徒制培养模式的改革,采取校企共建课程体系对接学习需求、优化教学策略提升学习能力、建设学分银行拓展学习空间、实施多元评价满足学习期待等举措来有效调动他们的学习积极性,整体提升社招学生的综合素质,达成“高质量扩招”,真正实现优质高职教育面向人人。 The social student source in the million-expansion policy has the characteristics such as the coexistence of commonality and individualization of learning needs,the coexistence of singularity and diversification of learning ability,the coexistence of stability and uncertainty of learning time and space,and the coexistence of clarification and vagueness of learning expectations.In this context,a variety of measures can be adopted such as the reform of the decentralized modern apprenticeship training mode,the school-enterprise coconstruction of the curriculum system to match learning needs,optimizing teaching strategies to enhance learning capabilities,building credit banks to expand learning space,implementing multiple evaluations to meet learning expectation,which aims to effectively mobilize students’learning enthusiasm,improve the overall quality of social recruitment students,achieve“high-quality enrollment expansion”,and truly realize high-quality higher vocational education for everyone.
