摘要
本文介绍了PLC在教室照明控制系统领域的应用,阐述了利用什么样的控制方法来实现智能控制。西门子S7-200PLC对教室照明完成智能控制的基本原理:使用热传感器和光敏三级管收集四周环境的信号,而后将模拟信号转化为数字信号送给PLC,判断教室是否有人及光照条件充分程度,是否能达到学生看书学习的需求,设置好合理开灯的条件后,教室智能控制系统还能对环境信息做相关的智能判断,以实现教室照明的智能控制,完成节约用电的目的。最后,对教室智能控制还进行了软件编程和梯形图程序设计,验证了智能控制系统实现的可能性。
This paper introduces the application of PLC in the field of classroom lighting control system,and expounds what kind of control method is used to realize intelligent control.The basic principle of Siemens S7-200 PLC for intelligent control of classroom lighting is as follows:using thermal sensors and photosensitive three-level tubes to collect signals from the surrounding environment,then converting analog signals into digital signals and sending them to the PLC to judge whether there are people in the classroom and the sufficient lighting conditions,whether the can meet the student's needs of reading and learning,and after setting reasonable conditions for lighting,the classroom intelligent control system can also make relevant intelligent judgment on environmental information to realize intelligent control of classroom lighting and achieve the purpose of saving electricity.Finally,the software programming and ladder diagram programming are also carried out to verify the possibility of realizing the intelligent control system.
