摘要
昆仙胶囊由昆明山海棠、淫羊藿、枸杞子和菟丝子组成,有补肾通络、祛风除湿之效,并具有抗炎、免疫抑制和改善肾脏功能的作用,是临床上治疗类风湿关节炎等免疫性疾病常用的药物,而昆仙胶囊在免疫性肾脏类疾病中的研究逐渐受到重视,聚焦于昆仙胶囊与激素及免疫抑制剂/细胞毒药物的联用以保护肾脏功能,降低不良反应等方面。本文对昆仙胶囊治疗免疫性肾脏类疾病的药理作用和临床研究最新进展进行综述,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。
Kunxian Capsules is composed of tripterygium hypoglaucum,epimedium herb,barbary wolfberry fruit and dodder seed,has the effect of tonifying kidney and dredging channels,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,and also has anti-inflammatory,immunosuppressive and improving kidney function.It is a commonly used drug in clinical treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and other immune diseases.The study of Kunxian Capsules in immunological kidney diseases has attracted increasing attention,focusing on the combination of Kunxian Capsules with hormones and immunosuppressive/cytotoxic drugs to protect kidney function and reduce adverse reactions.In this paper,the pharmacological action and clinical research progress of Kunxian Capsules in the treatment of immunological kidney diseases are reviewed in order to provide references for rational clinical use of drugs.
