摘要 2019年12月青岛市某鹦鹉养殖场发生大量鹦鹉幼雏死亡,雏鸟死亡率高达80%,患病鹦鹉表现出腹泻、发育迟缓等临床症状,成鸟几乎不发病。为探究引起鹦鹉发病的病因,综合发病情况、临床症状及病理剖检,以及相关病毒检测及细菌分离鉴定,确诊该场发生了鹦鹉喙羽病病毒(PBFDV)、禽多瘤病毒(APV)和链球菌的混合感染。根据药敏试验结果建议该场使用阿莫西林克拉维酸饮水5 d,并做好消毒工作,加强饲养管理,及时淘汰病鸟以降低经济损失。 In December 2019,a large number of fledgling parrots died in a parrot farm in Qingdao,with a mortality rate of 80%.Diarrhea,growth retardation and other clinical symptoms were found in sick parrots,but nearly absent in adult parrots.In order to find out all causes therefrom,isolation and identification of relevant viruses and bacteria were carried out according to the status of the disease,clinical symptoms and pathological dissection,which confirmed that the parrots were concurrently infected with parrot beak feather disease virus(PBFDV),avianpolyomavirus(APV)and streptococci.As there had been no any vaccines and specific drugs for PBFD and budgerigar fledgling disease(BFD),it was suggested that the parrots should be administered with water solution of amoxicillin clavulanic acid against Streptococci for 5 days,then the prevention and control of the disease as well as disinfection should be well done in the farm,feeding management should be strengthened to eliminate any sick parrots and reduce any economic loss.
