摘要
文章从河北省的中国500强的企业发展状况出发,结合近年来河北省推动新旧动能转换的举措与成效,以及新冠疫情冲击下中央提出的“六稳六保”新要求,深入分析河北省的中国500强企业对新旧动能转换的重要作用,判定“十四五”时新旧动能转换应坚持以高质量发展制造业和实施战略性新兴产业集中突破战略两个主攻方向,并在此基础上提出对新旧动能转换再认识、大力提升第二产业占比、加大政策创新引导力度、推动跨区域产业融合等建议。
Based on the development status of China's top 500 enterprises in Hebei Province,combined with the measures and results of promoting the conversion of old and new driving forces in our province in recent years,as well as the new requirements of"six stability"and"six guarantees"proposed by the central government under the impact of COVID-19,this paper deeply analyzes the important role of the top 500 enterprises in the conversion of old and new driving forces,and concludes that the conversion of new and old driving forces during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period should adhere to the two main directions of developing manufacturing industry with high quality and implementing the strategy of concentrating breakthrough in strategic emerging industries.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions,such as recognizing the conversion of new and old driving forces,vigorously increasing the proportion of the secondary industry,strengthening policy innovation guidance,and promoting cross-regional in⁃dustrial integration.
